Shipping
Continental US orders under $50 will be charged $3.00 for ground shipping. No charge for ground shipping for orders of $50 or more to continental US addresses. Shipping other than US ground, and international shipping will be charged actual cost plus $5.00 handling charge.
Cancellations and Returns
Cancellations can be made until order is shipped. Returns or exchanges can be accepted for 15 days after shipment of order (exchanges may require new charges for shipping). Returns or exchanges after 15 days of product shipment cannot be accepted. Additionally, cancellations or returns of special orders requiring our purchase of materials are subject to charges for our cost of the materials if we determine that we cannot use them in our inventory.
